Foreign Corrupt Practice Program
CGC works with New York-based RK&O and Washington DC-based Miller & Chevalier who advise on all FCPA related matters. Since its creation in 1977, the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act has mandated compliance with a stringent set of transparency and anti-corruption/bribery related requirements. CGC operates lawfully in all jurisdictions and takes compliance with the FCPA to be of the highest importance. Both are frequently ranked as top law firms in the United States and has extensive experience working with global businesses on ensuring compliance with the FCPA. RK&O worked closely with CGC to create a company-wide FCPA compliance program, has administered employee and Partner training, and will monitor this project for all aspects of compliance with the FCPA and other related anti-corruption legislation.
