Richard hill, Project Director (LISBON)

As project director, Richard Hill works closely with his colleagues in originating, underwriting, executing and managing real estate projects globally.

Prior to CGC, Hill was managing strategic growth and innovation projects at Deloitte Consulting for global and regional clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia across a variety of sectors, including financial services and TMT.

Hill began his career as a Management Associate at Citibank Singapore, having completed stints in consumer banking, equity research and investment banking, where he participated in $3bn of equity, debt and M&A deals.

Hill holds an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, and a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
